    When Lunch Garden declared bankruptcy in January 2025, efforts to relaunch were immediately underway. The chain had 800+ employees before the bankruptcy. For the new owner CIM Capital, the challenge was clear: quickly reframing both the operating and business model with a more agile structure to ensure a sustainable future and preserve as many jobs as possible.
